What areas do you serve?
We serve Madison and surrounding Dane County communities including Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona, Sun Prairie, Monona and more. Contact us if you're unsure.
When should I book my spring opening?
We recommend booking in March or early April. Openings typically run from late April through May, and popular dates fill up fast.
When should I close my pool?
Most Madison pools are closed between mid-September and mid-October, before overnight temperatures regularly drop below freezing.
Are chemicals included in weekly service?
Standard chemicals are included in our weekly plans. Specialty treatments like heavy algae removal are quoted separately.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we can access the pool area and equipment, we'll complete the visit and send you a service report.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Precision Pool Services is fully licensed and insured. Certificates are available on request.
